How much fun can you have with four 6×6 pieces of designer paper?

WOW!!  Let me show you!!  I created 12 beautiful cards designed around the build a quilt die and four pieces of the wood grain designer paper.

I must tell you about what inspired me to create these cards.  I have a table that my Papaw had purchased from a man for my mother many years ago.  I was blessed enough to receive that table, (along with my Mom’s catherdal quilt), when my Mom passed away.  As soon as I saw the quilt builder dies and that beautiful 6×6 woodgrain paper, I knew what I had to do!!  Put them together!

Here are a few:

I have a close up on the top, but, you can see using the different card stock with the wood grains you get an interesting look.  Very simple and oh so cool!  I cut a piece of cardstock 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 and put our adhesive sheet on it, so once you lay down the cutout frame, you just lay the pieces in and whala!  A beautiful set of cards are made.

That’s the first set of four, here’s the second set:

Again just using the pieces left over from the first group of cards you can put them together as you wish.

I’m thinking of having a class to make these fabulous cards.  Let me know if you would be interested in attending.

The third set of cards will be on tomorrow’s blog!

Happy  Stamping!
