Ok, a day late, but hoping you’ll agree it’s worth the wait!

I promised you some of the August Kismet cards yesterday.  My personal goal/plan is to stay with the family on Sunday.  If no one is here or Peter is resting, I may sneak down and play, but, otherwise, Sunday is strictly family day!

Some of you know that I have a Sunday get together with my siblings that are in this area every Sunday.  I’m blessed to have sisters and a brother who are great cooks!  I usually supply soda and fruit!  They wisely keep me away from most of the cooking!  Especially after the death of our youngest sister to lung cancer last year,  this has been a very important day each week that we set aside to enjoy each others company.  I highly recommend this type of family renewal to you all!

Yada yada yada…here’s the cards:

I received a card through an all demonstrator swap that inspired this card.  I love the vellum cover over the whipped topping on the coffee!

This card was also inspired by a demonstrator, Debra Bergin, that I met on my trip to Thailand!  I added another lay and switch around the embossing folders for my version of Debra’s beautiful card.

Here’s a card that just makes you smile! I love the sweet little parriot that loves his puppy friend!

Well, many of you know that I LOVE my Kismet class.  I pick my 5 favorite cards to share with you and these are all fun!  Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Happy Stamping!
