Sharing some more cards from our aqua painter/watercolor techniques class

We had a great time with our aqua painters this week!!  I believe that I may have some new converts!!  The real secret is to use the correct cardstock when using your aqua painters.

In my last photo I shared my picture with my cute little red “bug”.  Well, Miss Dory changed her “bug” to yellow and it was a great change up!

Sweet, right?  Today I finished up on some extra packets and decided to add a blue “bug” to the fleet:

Here’s another card serving up one of my favorite beverages, (could be coffee or tea, or I suppose it could be a hot toddy!)

I used the designer paper from our Sale a Bration offerings.  The best thig is that everyone could decide what their mug would look like depending on where you placed the die.

I saved my favorite for last.  This card is so beautiful in person, hoping that some of that comes across in the photos.

IMG_1013We embossed the floral image with gold on watercolor paper.  Then used elegant eggplant, marina mist, and mossy meadow.  After all was put together we added a touch of the clear Wink of Stella.  (LOVE that stuff!!)

IMG_1014Better close.  I have some stamping to do.  I am currently putting together my Enjoy the Little Things project kit.  You can check it out on page 33 of the Ocassions catalog.  I finished 2 of the decor pieces yesterday before class started.  I’m looking forward to using this in my workshop to send out positive messages to my stamping family!

Happy Stamping!
