If you thought you didn’t need this set…..you may want to rethink that!
I fell in LOVE with this stamp set because it is soooo easy to make beautiful patterns for every occasion. For our class this week I designed 5 very different cards all using this same fabulous set.
Would you like to see some? Here we go:
This is one of the first cards I did. Using the hash design from the Bohemian Boarders set in pool party. Add some washi tape and you have a simple but cute baby card. I did add some bling with our gold glitter paper and the gold 1/8″ ribbon.
One more for good measure:
This is the last card I made. It uses the emboss resist technique. I stamped all the images with versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder. After embossing I sponged on early espresso, soft suede and crumb cake. The center diamonds were stamped with cajun craze and the centers with tempting turquoise. I think this works well for a male birthday card. What do you think?
One quick personal note, Peter and I were blessed to be able to spend all day Saturday with our 8 grandchildren. We had 2 soccer games to attend in the morning. After that we took them to our favorite George Web restaurant! Lucky for us all 10 stools were open:
It was hard to get everyone in the picture, but it sure was fun! They thought it was pretty cool to sit at the counter and being able to order lunch or breakfast!! Thanks Wally, Sam and company at New Berlin’s George Web!
