We got back into Milwaukee on Monday at 3:20. Home within an hour of that and visiting with family. By 9pm I was ready to ……stamp of course. After all I had not stamped for almost a week!
I had my kismet class scheduled for Tuesday starting at 9am. I did use 4 of the swap cards that I received that left only one more to be designed.
Would you like to see the first picture I took when arriving in Hawaii? Here it is:
I couldn’t resist taking a picture!
This is the casual couple.
There was so much to take in, the air was sweet and the sky was a beautiful blue. More sun than I had seen in quite some time! I wrote to my friend Joyce, I just couldn’t stop smiling! Everything was so beautiful.
Of course I was not finished making my swaps. So, the first night I spent putting them all together. The room had a great pull out table just perfect for assembly. I had them all stamped and colored, just needed to be put together..
Here is what my swap looked like. I used two new incolors, tip top taupe and watermelon wonder with my favorite, sarah sand. It worked out to be a lovely combination. This picture makes the flower look orange, but, it’s not. Notice the DSP used? That’s some of the newly designed 12 x 12 designer sheet packs! Already I’m lovin’ the new “stuff”!
One more picture from Hawaii and I’ll stop yapping in your ear:
Thanks again to all of my stamping family for getting me there!
