Here’s some additional Ornamental Pine posts:

???????????????????????????????Just another offering from my Ornamental Pine class!  This time I paired up soft suede, island indigo and our gold foil paper.  Pretty simple card you can mail out with regular postage, which can be a concern for those stampers mailing out a lot of hand stamped Christmas cards!  The pine cones were stamped on scrap paper and fussy cut to give the card more dimension.  The pine is inked up with  old olive and the branch was colored in with a chocolate chip marker prior to stamping the image on the cardstock.

I used our new 1/8″ gold ribbon for a double bow to tie in with the gold foil paper.  To stretch your foil paper in a card like this you could punch out the area behind the top layer.  You can then use those punched out pieces on another card!  When that top layer is adhered to the foil layer, no one knows that the center under the image is gone!  Can I call that the Friday tip?

Let me know what you’re thinkin’!!

Happy Stamping!
