This is the set that I have chosen for my Products class this month. The class is on Wednesday, August 27th, 9-12 or 3-8. I have room for 2 more stampers at this time. Class costs $25 and includes the above stamp set in clear and 5 cards. GREAT deal right?!!
This set is so very versatile. I have designed cards for summer, fall, Christmas and for any time of the year!
Here is the first card that I designed for class:
Ok, this is very strange. The card actually is done in mossy meadow, although here it clearly looks like soft suede! (Which looks good too!) The real one has a more dramatic look to it. The flower is painted in with an aqua painter and blackberry bliss ink. After drying, I applied dazzling details in the center and on some of the petals.
This card has a base of old olive with an accent color of calypso coral. I used a dauber with calypso coral ink on it and rubbed from the center to the edge of the flower so that the color is deep in the center and then feathers out at the edges. I used an antique brad in the center of the flower.
I saw this card on Pinterest and loved the layout. I changed up the colors and thought it was a good “summer” card. I’m lovin’ the “bluebird of happiness”. This top layer was adhered to one of our crumb cake note cards.
Now for the “fall” card:
Here’s my fall version. Don’t you agree that this set does it all? I love each of the stamps used alone or together in this set.
The base is cajun craze with crushed curry embossed with the tiny triangle embossing folder.
This time the leaves are a combination of the crushed curry and the cajun craze.
Last one to see today is the Christmas card. The leaves in this set are so elegant. The one think that I need to point out is that there is some fussy cutting on all of the cards that I designed today. But, so worth it when you see the end results!
Here it is! A basic whisper white card with some beautiful designer paper. I used real red and pear pizzazz as the color “pops” on the card. You can’t tell from the photo, but I used dazzling details in red and clear to give the card a little sparkle. A little rhinestone does dot the “j” in joy.
Well, like I said, there are two openings, all you have to do is call or write to let me know which session you wish to attend!
