I pulled an all nighter, but, everything is ready for class

Techniques class is today and tomorrow in two sessions each day.  9-12 or 3-8pm so you still have time to get on board for tomorrow’s afternoon session.

Here’s 2 of the 5 cards we will be making:

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????We are focusing on fun folds this month.  I was hoping to do Blendabilities, but, they are not ready for prime time yet.

What do you think of this cute little card using the window frames framelits.  I used the new stamp set called Tap Tap Tap found on page 126 of the new catalog.  Notice the spiral border on the inside view?  Hooray, they brought back the spiral border punch!

???????????????????????????????The official “man” card for this class!  I used the stamp set The Open Sea along with the new Striped Scallop Thinlit for the sea.  I am wild over that new thicker bakers twine.   It works well to drape over the anchor on this card.

Sorry I could not post this sooner.  I have been working on it since 8:45 this morning.  I ended up working down here all night last night.  I just pretended I was working my 3rd shift job, (except this was much more fun!).  I did catch an hour nap between sessions but am ready to head up stairs for some dinner.

Before I close I wanted to share a picture of all the grandchildren together at a park in Hartford we went to on Friday.  ???????????????????????????????Of course with 7 someone had to be looking away!  I just was not fast enough snapping pictures!  We had a wonderful week end with them and their parents got some alone time at a conference in Chicago.

Happy Stamping!

Hartford, WI? Cheryl, what’s the name of that park? I think that’s where we held our family reunions when I was a kid!! OMG, the memories….

Hello Chellie! I finally got the name of that park. Willowbrook Park, it’s right in the middle of Hartford.

I love all of the cards we made Monday morning, glad to hear you got to take an hour nap between classes. You do a great job.

Thanks Shirley! Some were challenging, but all were fun. Yes, I slept between classes and it was a good thing!
