Another Easter card coming your way……

Sign up now for the Easter card class on Thursday, April 3rd.  Class runs in two sessions 9-12 or 3-8.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThis card uses the Eggstra Spectacular stamp set from the Occasions catalog, page 32.  The base of the card is whisper white with a layer of polka dot embossed so saffron card stock.  The striped designer series paper is from the I Am Me collection in the annual catalog, page 151.  I used our oval framelits for the calypso coral and white oval which has the image stamped on it in Stazon.  I used a dauber to give an uneven coat of so saffron ink over the stamped image.  I wanted it to look a little washed out like the stripes on the DSP.  The cute ruffled ribbon is in crisp cantaloupe and the whisper white bow is in our 3/8″ taffeta ribbon.

I LOVE the Delicate Details Lace Tape that is on the soft sky banner.  If you have not used that tape before, you should give it a try.  It’s a self adhesive tape that comes in 2 designs.  One is 1″ wide and the other is 3/4″.  The one used above is the 1″ tape.  I have used it on other cards where I placed the tape down and sponged over it using it as a stencil.  Then I pulled it up and used it on the front of the card!  You can see it on page 171 of the annual catalog.

Remember, Sale a Bration is ending on March 31st!  I have had 2 stampers sign up to be demonstrators in the last week!  During Sale a Bration you can purchase the demonstrator kit for $99 and get $150 in the products of your choice!  In addition you get a business kit that has everything in it to get your business started.

I decided to sign up when I looked at my wish list and realized that I was already purchasing enough product to keep myself on as an active demonstrator.  I really was going for that discount!  You know the story, I ended up totally sold on Stampin’ UP!, the products and the company!  Now this is my full time business and I’m loving it!

Just saying, think about it before you turn down this fabulous opportunity!

Happy Stamping!
