I have other stamp sets with leaves and thought you should know that! The one I am using today is in our large catalog on page 84. It’s called Wonderfall! Great name don’t you think? This stamp set coordinates with Autumn Accents Bigz Die on page 192. It’s a fun set to use with all the different patterns on the leaves.
I really should not pass up this opportunity to discuss how to use the stamp set with the Bigz die. This is how I use the two together: I cut out the card stock with the Bigz die, ink up the stamp and then place the die cut card stock on top of the stamp. I usually place a piece of copy paper on top of that and rub over the paper to get a nice printed image. That way I don’t get too much ink on my hands. Although, I always tell my stampers that ink on your hands is a sign of a good stamper!
The base of the card is Tangerine Tango, designer series paper from our favorite Sweater Weather. The background image on the inside behind the oval is from Gorgeous Grunge. (Another favorite stamp set of mine.)
I used our oval framelits with that fabulous magnetic plateform to cut the ovals. I liked the idea of paper clipping another leaf on with the arrow from the Hung Up Cute Clips accessories. The other clips in that grouping can be seen on page 170 of our large catalog. I also tied a little piece of 1/8″ ribbon on the clip to add another little element!
What was that you said? Could not hear you….ohhhh, you have to write it down in the comment box below! I want to hear from you!
