Happy 4th of July!

It’s been a little busy here in the “bunker” and upstairs.  My folks are here visiting from Naples Florida and we have been trying to get them connected with all the family in the area.  I am one of six children and all but one live in Wisconsin, at least for now.  My oldest sister is going to be moving to Tennessee as soon as she sells her home.

The first thing we did was go for a fish fry!  Which my Mom and Dad really enjoyed.  They don’t do fish fry’s in Florida or anywhere else for that matter like we do in Wisconsin!

I wanted to get a picture of them with their Great Grandchildren.  This is not all of them, but, it’s with all of my Grandchildren.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAll smiles that day while everyone got re-aquointed.  My Mom will be 90 this year, my Dad is 87, so with that age comes some additional issues with memory.  So, we are trying to make new memories for my Mom.  Being surrounded by all the children was a bit over whelming, but, she enjoyed every minute of it.  There was always something happening!

We had our Demonstrator showbox swap here last Saturday.  As usual it was a total blast.  I will post some of the cards soon.

Today, I thought I would post a card that we are making this month in our Hostess Clubs.  I thought this one would be great for July birthday’s.  I would like to give a shout out to Miss Barb B., today is her birthday and we enjoyed celebrating it early this past Monday at club.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI used some of our new ribbon on each of the cards for Hostess Club this month.  I love the chevron ribbon.  (Which by the way you can cut in two and use for a totally different look!)  Also used one of our little element clips in the upper left hand corner.  This card is bold and bright and sparkly with all those rhinestones!

Wishing everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.  Enjoy your time with family and friends!

Happy Stamping!
