Back from Convention!

25_year_banner_English_NAThe 25th anniversary celebration was all that they said it would be and more!  We had a wonderful time, learned a lot, won a lot prizes and came home totally wiped out!  We got to meet many new demonstrators and got to know our little family of demonstrators better.  Of course we ate plenty of good food and had hours of good conversations while doing that!

Here are a few pictures of our adventure:

First picture is of Amy and Leann with Amy holding her prize patrol gift, 2nd is of the banner you see when you walk into the lobby at the Riverton SU building, (that’s where they package all our wonderful products to ship out to you!).  The 3rd picture is part of the waterfall they have in their  lobby, what a great spot to sit and relax!  The lower level where the waterfall area starts is where the employees eat lunch! 4th picture is of Joan, Sarah and Randee at the Blue Lemon, (one of our favorite places to eat at in Salt Lake City).  The last picture is of Joyce and Barb relaxing in the comfortable chairs in the lobby at the Riverton building.

There were nearly 6,000 people attending the convention this year which meant we were standing in lines a lot.  However, that’s where you can meet some pretty interesting and sweet people.  Like these two:OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMeet Kay on the left and Marilyn on the right.  Miss Kay is from Baton Rouge, LA and Miss Marilyn is from the Chicago area.  Joyce met them while we were in line to go to the Riverton building and invited them to join us for lunch.  They joined our group for lunch and may be participating in a swap with us in the future!  Very sweet ladies and we were happy to have met them along with many more.

I also wanted you to see Randee with her new recruit Deb.  By the way, Deb signed up her own recruit right at convention!  (Which makes Randee a SU Grandma!)OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Last but not least here is a picture of the major portion of the gifts we received from Stampin’ UP!.  My naughty cat was happy I was home and was checking out the new stamp sets as well!OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Time to close and spend some time with my Honey!  He got in a lot of visiting with our Grandchildren while I was gone and had a blast.  I’m sure he won’t be upset when I tell him I’m going to Houston Texas in January for Leadership!!!!

Happy Stamping!
