Techniques class ….it’s what’s happening for the next 2 days!

It’s not too late to call and join the fun!

I love techniques classes.  I hold them for two days each month.  It’s a challenge for me to come up with interesting classes that focus on something new each month.  This month we are using some accessory items that Stampin’ UP! carries that you may have not used.  They include our Jumbo Sticky Rounds, Circle Treat Cups and our Shaker Frames.  I also threw in there a fun fold – a buckle card.

So, today, 9-12 or 3-8pm and tomorrow same times.  Five cards with envelopes for only $15!  That includes a padded envelope for the circle treat card.

Here’s a peek.  Just remember, my picture taking is not the best.  The cards always look better in person!

This card uses the Floral Frames Collection framelits and the Daydream Medallions stamp set.  I used melon mambo card stock and ink.  The dsp on the bottom is from the Gingham Garden collection.   Inside the cup are retired buttons.  This is a great way to use up some of those retired items and add color and fun to your cards.

The card to the right uses our Shaker Frames.  You may some of these and have put off using them.  Take them out and play with them!!!

Card base is tangerine tango.  The yellow dsp is from Quatrefancy Specialty paper, the indigo gingham is from the Gingham Garden collection.  the image stamped on the yellow dsp is from the Chalk Talk stamp set.  The butterflies flew in from the Creative Elements stamp set!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAHere is our buckle card.  I used summer starfruit for the card base, soft sky in the inside accented with chocolate chip cardstock.  The dsp is from our new Soho Subway collection.  I just LOVE that new designer series collection!  (You may be seeing it alot!  Just saying, I really LOVE that paper!)  The cake with too many candles is from the Best of Birthdays stamp set.

So, if this is tempting you, give me a shout out and join us.  Tomorrow I will show you the shaker card using the Open Sea stamp set  and the ribbon flower using our Jumbo Sticky Rounds.

Happy Stamping!
