Let me share some “vintage” Valentines…..

“Vintage” = retired stamp sets

I saved all my “cowboy” stamp sets for my grandchildren.  They took riding lessons when they lived in Oklahoma and are hoping to start back with lessons here in Wisconsin this summer.  I thought someday they would enjoy stamping with these stamp sets.  Also, we have a lot of horse farms around here and my hairdresser, (who sells my cards) suggested that I make some card  with horses.  So, I pulled out that box of retired sets and got to work.  I am loving these cards.  Let’s see what you think:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI loved the inside of this card, so here it is:

Chalkboard technique – my new favorite thing to do!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI used the Bronco Buster set and the Wanted stamp set for this one.   I used thin strips of riding hood red to thread my big buttons.

Here’s the last cowboy card I have for you today:

If you have the “vintage” sets, get them out and play with them.  If you need the current “cowboy” set give me a shout out!

Happy Stamping!
