Card stock cut and waiting for our Campers this weekend!
That’s right, it’s time for Camp Stamp-in-oga! This Friday, February 1st at 2:00 we begin another great stamping retreat! If you have not been with us and want to know more about our next stamping retreat go to www.campstampinoga.com. There you will be able to see what we have done in the past and the future “camping” events.
We had “Souper” night last night. As my stamper from a morning class walked out the door at 2:45 my stampers for “Souper” night were walking in. I of course went into panic mode because I had lost all sense of time. (Gee, I hardly ever do that!) I had not even started my chili! I usually make some type of soup, however, I had a stamper attending that needs to follow a gluten free diet. So, I bought the fixin’s for chili and then preceded to carry on and stamp instead of cook! I threw everything together and being ever so kind all of my stampers said that it was good. (I find that if you wait until everyone is really really hungry – anything is good!)
We also prepped all the card stock for 2 of the cards being made at Saturday mornings card event. Joan, Jennifer and Sarah were hard at work preparing everything for the cards they will be making with our Campers. (Campers you are going to LOVE all the cards!)
Here is another card that we will be making here in the February Techniques class:
I am totally in love with the ribbon from Sale-a-bration and our doilies! What an elegant pair up! Check out the embossing! Come to class and find out how to make this sweet little card! You can preregister by clicking here!
Well, I have to run! I am busy today making up the kits for my breakout class Saturday night at Camp Stamp-in-oga. We will be making cute little Valentines with candy included! I also have on my agenda making more cards using the sets that my downline will be using at camp. Did I mention that for each of the 5 stamp sets used in the Saturday morning stamp camp there will be a display board with oodles of ideas for you to take pictures of? Yes, Campers, remember to bring along your cameras!
