Love & Sympathy with Twitterpated

Today’s card is:

The color is not correct in these photo’s.  The base of the card is Basic Gray which goes so well with the Twitterpated DSP.  I had used this DSP so much when it was first introduced and have had it on the back burner lately.  So, I decided that it was time to get it out and use it with the Love and Sympathy set that I just purchased.

The flower in this set is just elegant and very simple to color with just two markers.  All area’s are clearly defined so that you can quickly color them in the stamp.  One of my favorite things to do is to also “huff” on the stamp again and stamp the lighter version inside the card.  So, I thought I would give you a little peek at that also.

One small detail that you can’t see very well is that I did add one of our little pearls at the base of the flower.  Just a little touch but is adds elegance.  This is a simple layout that just gives focus to the flower and the verses.

Well, what do you think?  Does it pass the mustard?

Big news on my SU website.  We now have 2 additional items that are exclusive to SU and Sizzix.  They have introduced Sound Tags that can be added to your cards!  You scan them into your phone and record the message.  Then you place the sticker into your card.  The lucky receiver can then download the app and listen to your message!  Cool, right? You get 10 tags for only $7.95!

The second surprise is a cute little item called the Boutique Embossing Machine.  It looks like a little purse!  The perfect item to take to a crop.  It’s lightweight and small enough to carry around.  You can purchase it alone or bundled, (everybody bundles!), with 2 of our exclusive SU embossing folders.  Now this machine does not cut anything out, it just embosses.  So, as you are getting ready to head out to a crop or to do a little stamping with friends, you can have everything cut and ready to go.  Grab your Boutique Embossing Machine and your embossing folders and your off!

Enough chatting, you need to get ordering!!!

Happy Stamping!
