Welcome October!

Beautiful beginning to a beautiful season….

Well, my plan worked and I got to share cards with you while I was on vacation!  Hope you enjoyed the cards.

Today, I am working on getting my workshop together for tonight, (including designing and cutting the card stock!).  I am sharing one of the cards that my Monday night Hostess Club will be doing tonight.  They all love Halloween, so all three cards are for the Halloween season.  Here’s my spooky cat card:

On this card we are using the Window Frames Collection framelits dies.  It’s hard to see on the picture, but I also used the matching paper- piercing pack on the black card stock behind the cat image.  For the collar, I punched two holes and pulled through our satin striped ribbon topped off with a rhinestone.  Making out spooky cat pretty fancy!

Notice the googly eyes on the Spooky?

Here is the inside and you can see at the top of the card that the card base is cut at 8 1/2 x 4 1/4, scored at 5 1/2.  Then the window frames cut is put on with dimensionals and the bottom shows when you open the card.  A little touch of the tangerine tango on the front and on the inside on the witches hat band.

What do you think?  I would love to hear from you.

Happy Stamping!
